Krusader and USB

Mon May 28, 2012 3:33 pm
Hello
I have a question to Krusader: how can I make it show me in one of the panels the content of an USB stick? I need to transfer a number of files from that stick onto my desktop computer.

I am using at the moment Linux Mint Debian Edition with KDE (and deleted quite satisfactorily all their usual unfinished desktops.

when I connect a usb it shows under /media, if you navigate to /media in Krusader does the device show?

if you use device manager widget and select open with file manager and Krusader is the file manager it should open Krusader with the device in one of the panel I'm guessing

you don't state whether the stick is automatically mounted

fyi - in Dolphin the device shows in places

Hello and thanks for your response. I think today all worked lovely. So there is no need for this question any longer.
