Every ten minutes or so, KDE Daemon pops up asking for a password to access kwallet even if, in KDE Wallet configuration, KDE Daemon is checked to access kde wallet with a "Always Allow" policy.
kubuntu 12.10 + KDE 4.9.4 here. Maybe this is some distro related problem, a little annoying though.

Have you tried:
systemsettings - account details - KDE wallet
Debian testing

Yes, as I said, KDE Daemon's policy in KDE Wallet Configuration is "Always allow". Also, Kdewallet window pops up even if I uncheck "Prompt when an application accesses an open wallet".

Can you provide a screenshot of this window to help debug this further?
I suspect this may not be a KWallet window, but instead be a application or PolicyKit window.

I have this problem, too. Every time I open a new tab, it comes up, and it does not matter whether I click open or cancel, it returns, after 10 t0 90 seconds. Window is labelled "KDE Wallet Service".

Does it indicate what password "KDE Daemon" is requesting?
This could plausibly be Network Management attempting to read wireless network passwords in order to join wireless networks.

Hi, I can resolve this conflict setting the pass without cipher (all users) for wifi network connection.
Obviously, after turn off the kwallet. |
