Can someone please remind me where the kde lock screen settings are for fedora? I haven't used kde in awhile and I can't remember.

If you are referring to the lock screen used to prompt you for your password, it is located at System Settings > Display and Monitor > Screen Locker.

Is there a command line way to get there? I don't see it where you said .

If you don't see it, then it is possible you are using a prior version of KDE where the module was called "Screen Saver" instead of "Screen Locker".
Otherwise, the command given by wolfi323 above should do the trick.

Yes you are right. It is called screen saver for me .
