Hi All!

Thanks for this greate Forum! It was very helpful to me.
But now, I have a special wish;
Does anyone know how I can disable the AutoScroll Function, which will be active during hold the left mouse button and
go over the bottom border of a window (scroll down) or over the top border (scroll up)?

Many thanks!

When this "automatic scrolling" takes place, does the text under it appear to become selected?

yes right, the text under or above will be selected during scrolling.

I'm afraid i'm not aware of an option to disable that behaviour, as it is fairly standard. I'm also not sure what exactly is responsible for causing the behaviour - I suspect it could be X itself.
