on the right click file properties window of dolphin, i get only this much of info on an image:

How can i get all those values on the properties window? is it possible?

To make it display such data would likely require changes to the code, to make the indexer / metadata extractor provide that information to Dolphin.

like camera producent, geo coordinates etc. none of them are shown by dolphin.

If I recall, some mention of Marble integration was made for Geo co-ordinates was made at some point - I do not know if this was ever implemented however.

As for the other fields, you will likely need to request their support be implemented in Nepomuk. As the information extraction system changed in KDE 4.11, which version are you using?

Okay. In any event, you may still want to register the feature request so newer versions of KDE add support for this metadata - which would be available next time you upgrade.
