I have a problem in KDE , it is about keyboard layout i used two language and i set "alt+shift" key to change between layout, the problem is only "alt+shift" on the left of keyboard works , the right one does not work !! any idea

On many keyboards, the left and right Alt and Control keys are identified differently - hence why you are seeing this. This behaviour is often governed at least in part by the keyboard layout you have chosen.

You can use "xev" to verify if this is the case with your system - the codes which are output will differ if the left/right keys are seen separately.
If this is the case, you'll need to use an alternative keyboard layout to resolve your issue.
