As the tittle says, I have 2 questions:

1. Bottom Bar

1.1. How can I remove the 'opacity' of a minimized window?
It really bothers me since I have troubles to read what it says (and maybe even change the size of the letter or put it in bold or change color).

1.2. Can I change how the window displays in the bottom bar and set it like in Window$ (where you can only see the icon and no letter at all)? How?

2. Right Click Menu Order

Can I change the menu order when I right click the mouse?
For example, the default order is: "Open in New Window", "Open in New Tab", "Cut", "Copy", "Paste", etc... and let's say I want to change it to: "Copy", "Paste", "Open in New Window", etc.

Greetings and thank you very much :)

The "Bottom Bar" you are referring to is known as the Panel.
For 1.1 - this behaviour is controlled in part by the Plasma theme you are using I believe. In terms of 1.2, you are likely looking for the Icon Tasks applet, which can be used to replace the default "Task Manager" applet.

For 2 - which application(s) is this in? From what I'm aware, this order can't be changed - at least not easily and without a hack, and that would only work for certain applications (and would need to be done individually for each application).
