When I choose an icon in desktop by keyboard, then type the menu key (between the right alt and ctrl key), the appeared menu is mouse's menu, not icon's one.

All I want is when I press the menu key, I get this menu
But when I do that, I get this , exactly the same like this

Everything is normal in Dolphin.

This is likely a bug in the version of Folderview you're using. Which version of KDE do you have installed?

I use KDE 4.11.5 with Kubuntu 13.10

While i'm not sure if it will fix the issue, could you try upgrading to KDE 4.12 please?

I have upgraded it, reinstall Kubuntu (not for this reason of course), but it still don't work.

Unfortunately this is probably a bug in the implementation of Folder View in Plasma. Please file a bug report at bugs.kde.org so this can be corrected.
