I want to install Gnome System Settings in KDE in order to familiar many instructions for Gnome. I already have install gnome-control-settings but when I launch it, it is a blank window. Can I do that? Thank you.

I have done this in the past so I would guess you are missing multiple related Gnome packages

Please be aware that GNOME System Settings will likely only have influence upon GNOME / Gtk applications in KDE - and it's ability to configure the behaviour of the system itself is very likely to be quite minimal.

open your package manager and reinstall gnome-control-settings, it should then identify and offer to install any dependencies
