I have a problem with icons Krusader:
I would like the icons of folders in the panel change color when the mouse is over. as in konqueror (file manager)

which file needs to be changed for this?

Can you please explain further what you mean by "change when hovered over"? No explicit change is made in the icons colour by Konqueror when they're hovered over, at least not to my knowledge...

Can you please open System Settings > Application Appearance & Behaviour > Icons > Advanced, select "Desktop" and verify that you see the same effect (in terms of different colours) there?

Yes, I verify...
I put yellow for 'active' icons; (in each category )
but it doesn't work for Krusader...

You need to file a bug against Krusader then - it appears that it doesn't handle icons correctly.
As this sort of behaviour is controlled by code, you'll need to wait for developers to fix it i'm afraid.
