As the title says, I'm looking for a way to clear the "Search and Replace" history from Kate. The history I mean is the auto-complete fields located in these two menus:



Any help would be appreciated.

in ~/.kde[4]/share/config/katerc look for the following 2 lines:

Code: Select all

Search Pattern History=
Replacement Text History=

if you were going to write a script to do it, it might be best to make sure kate is not running
