The Muon Software Centre shows reviews and ratings for each application, does anyone know where it gets them from - there doesn't seem to any mechanism for adding your own review or rating?

The reviews and ratings are downloaded from the Ubuntu servers. They are the same that are displayed in Ubuntu Software Center an maybe Lubuntu Software Center as well. You can at least edit them in the Ubuntu Software Center.
