Mounting a LUKS-encrypted boot disk

Tue Jan 27, 2015 4:00 pm
Is there a way with an out-of-the-box KDE to mount the LUKS partition of an encrypted boot disk(*)? The device notifier mount seems to support the simple case (regular external disks with an encrypted partition) but doesn't seem to support LVM.

I have another solution (Gnome 'disks' utility), but I am wondering about KDE.

Running KDE 4.13.3 (Kubuntu 14.04)

(*) As set up by Kubuntu 12.10 when you tell it to install on a fully encrypted disk.
