Thanks for that , I was able to find it & launch it with kcmshell4 kcm_useraccount.
However when I do kcmshell5 -list it is missing. I am using systemsettings5. Is kcm_useraccount not available yet for the new KF5 version? I tried to reinstall kuser no change. |

as best I can tell:
the module in now named "user_manager" and (at least in openSUSE) it is package kde-user-manager, in 4 it was part of kdepasswd and named useraccount see if you have and can install the package |

ya I can not seem to find kde-user-manager on Arch Ill have to bring it up on the Arch Linux forums probably.
Thanks for your help. Edit: The package is just called user-manager on arch https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/user-manager/ had I installed KDE with the plasma-meta package I would have already had it Was hard to find since nothing indicated it was part of kde besides the fact it was in the plasma group.
