Multiple instances of Dolphin starting at login... Why?

Hi, every time I login to my system (plasma 5.4 and now 5.5, apps 15.08, qt 5.5), I will get 1-4 instances of Dolphin loading up. There are never any instances running when I log out, so this isn't just restoring a previous session (unless there is a process running in the background that I don't know about that doesn't have a visible window).

Any idea what could be causing this or how I can prevent this from happening?

"kcmshell5 smserver", does "on login" restart the previous or an explcitly stored session?

Application entries are in ~/.config/session

It was set to restore the previous session.

When I looked in ~/.config/session, I saw over 68 entries for Dolphin. I cleared out the folder and now I don't have Dolphin loading when I login anymore.

Thanks!
