I don't use OS X, but one thing I always loved when I would use it was the descending file manager view:



I'm aware that dolphin and some of the other file managers for KDE I've seen have dual pane, which is nice, but this is what I'd really like to have. Does anyone know of one?

There was once a view mode doing exactly that… probably ~10 years ago at the early days of KDE4 or so. Don't know what happened to it.
