Since I updated to kubuntu 16.10 I have baloo_file_extr using 100% of the CPU, for 3 days now.
Plasma 5.7.2
Framework 5.24
QT 5.6.1

What I noticed so far :
balooctl status
reports it's indexing file 383923 / 384622 forever.
I tried to delete .xsession-errors and now balooctl status locks for one minute before reporting the same thing again
