Hi everybody. I´m using Parabola, an Arch based distro (almost equal, but without nonfree software and AUR). I installed it Plasma (the latest version) but when I go to the Application Launcher (I don´t know if that´s the name in english, I have everything in spanish). In the Logout section, in "System" I only got the power off and reboot options.
I am in the "power" group
Code: Select all
$ groups
wheel power

I also have XFCE and there is no problem there, I don´t know why I don´t have the options, I had them in Trisquel (Ubuntu based, 100% libre) with KDE 4.

Thanks in advance ;)

Hi !

With the Arch / Plasma 5.8.0 ( https://www.kde.org/applications/system/kinfocenter/ ).
The Arch Linux Power management/Suspend and hibernate wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Po ... _hibernate

Looking the Kickoff ( https://userbase.kde.org/Plasma/Kickoff ) Leave options:

Some options are missing. Testing the systemd suspend service:

Seem to work ... and the suspend and other options are there.

If the systemd-kcm is not installed: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd
Code: Select all
Start a unit immediately:
# systemctl start unit

No need to use the root powers - will ask the authentication.
