All, I love kate part autocomplete! I have used it with kde3 for more than a decade. It provided concise case-sensitive completion of words already in my source file. I am trying to use plasma/fw5 (kate Version 16.08.3, KDE Frameworks 5.28.0, Qt 5.7.0 (built against 5.7.0)), but the indent and autocompletion is frustrating me to no end. I have [x] Enable auto completion, [x] Auto Word Completion, [3], [x] Remove tail on complete, with NO [ ] Keyword Completion (that is a trainwreck for C and sh/bash)

When I start to type a word, say 'example', the completions include 'Examine, Example, exam', WTF?? Why is this thing trying to use case-insensitive completion? How do I restore the plain on case-sensitive completion. It is more annoying than useful without limiting the suggestions to what I'm actually typing. How do I fix this?
