When I tried to generate a new private key for myself, I got this error message:

"An error occurred while scanning your keyring:"

Code: Select all

gpg: lookup_hashtable failed: eof

Does anyonehas any idea of what this means and how could be fixed? I searched the Net for an answer (a lot) but I came up empty.
