Hi I recently switched from Windows to KDE Neon, but with this problems also rose up.

I might have made a big mistake in Partioning my drives and kindly wanna know how I'm going to fix it. So as the title suggest i cannot create a folders on my 2TB HD which contains nothing at the moment because i formatted it to ext4 from NTFS.

Best Regards

Hi !

Is the Dolphin 'Create New' dialog grayed off ?

Is there an error message if you use the 'mkdir' command ?

Code: Select all
$ mkdir -p rights
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘rights’: Permission denied

Maybe this: File Permissions - https://www.linux.org/threads/file-perm ... hmod.4124/
