Sometimes I use Bluetooth audio devices in Plasma.
After I remove them from System Settings ⇒ Bluetooth, corresponding entries are still present in System Settings ⇒ Multimedia ⇒ Audio and Video (greyed out).
Some headphones are even present twice.

Is there any way to remove those from Audio and Video list so they don't bother me anymore?
