I want to add shortcut to Meta key. I find this in google :

So to do that I just must edit ~/.config/kwinrc and add to section [ModifierOnlyShortcuts] Meta=
Works great for this :
org.kde.plasmashell,/PlasmaShell,org.kde.PlasmaShell,activateLauncherMenu
But I want to run expo. To do that I just run :
qdbus org.kde.kglobalaccel /component/kwin org.kde.kglobalaccel.Component.invokeShortcut Expose
in terminal and work great but when I add this:
org.kde.kglobalaccel,/component/kwin,org.kde.kglobalaccel.Component.invokeShortcut,Expose
to ~/.config/kwinrc nothing happens
Is there any possibility to run expo using meta key ?

I believe you should be able to do that through System Settings -> Shortcuts and Gestures -> Custom Shortcuts. Right-click in the empty space under the list of actions -> New -> Global Shortcut -> D-Bus Command, then fill in the necessary details.

Doesn't work. When I pres Meta it show : "Meta + ..." its looks like waiting for another key.

Ah, I apologize.
The first link that you posted includes in the instructions that when making the change to the config that you need to reload the config by calling:

qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin reconfigure


This informs kwin that it needs to apply the changes that you've made (alternatively, logging out and back in would do it as well).

If after running that command to reconfigure it still doesn't work, you might go back and verify that it works with the original dbus call listed in those instructions, then double-check that you have the syntax correct. (I did verify that the instructions work as written using Plasma 5.12.4, Latte Dock 0.7.1)
