After a recent update I started getting lots of authorization prompts: updating package sources all the time, permission to suspend the system for example.
Was some user group introduced and I was not migrated into it?

Upgraded from what to what?
Did you upgrade your (linux) distribution (e.g. from Ubuntu 17.10 to Ubuntu 18.04)? just KDE apps and/or libraries and/or Plasma desktop (or other apps as part of a routine software update)?
