Hello everyone.

I believe I had installed Kubuntu 18.04 beta. I have apply all updates. Now I am stuck with Discover. Discover won't start anymore and no notifications. On terminal they say I have to install software-properties-kde. But installing this , its say's that I have the wrong depencies installed. Depency demand: python3-software-properties (= 0.96.24.32.1) but 0.96.24.32.5 will be installed. You retain defective packages.

I fear this is totally distribution specific, you should address this kind of question to the Kubuntu forum. FWIW: Kubuntu 18.04 has been released several months ago in its final form, I don't think you still run the beta version.

Usually this should solve the problem on the command line:
