can not change Read-only file system

hello friends i am using Kali Linux KDE and past week i upgraded my KDE
but now i have a problem when ever i want to install application with apt-get i get lots of problem
for example when i want install (etherape)

Code: Select all
sudo apt-get install etherape

i get
Code: Select all
W: Not using locking for read only lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend
W: Not using locking for read only lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.


when i type (dpkg --configure -a)
i get
Code: Select all
dpkg: error: unable to access the dpkg database directory /var/lib/dpkg: Read-only file system


when i want to remount my partitation like
sudo mount -o remount,rw /
i get
Code: Select all
mount: /: cannot remount /dev/sda7 read-write, is write-protected.
