Krusader v2.6.0 in Linux Mint 19.1. Xfce-4 desktop. Krusader was installed from Mint or Ubuntu's repository. The computer is a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop with 4G RAM.

When I begin to rename a file, I first select "Rename" from the right-click menu. The filename is then displayed in white on a green background. When I put the cursor anywhere on the filename and click, the name changes to bold black on the regular background (alternating lines, white or light gray).

When I then attempt to edit the text, the text is visually "double-imaged," appearing as two different fonts superimposed upon each other. This obscures the characters so that they're unreadable, making the excellent Krusader unusable for me.

I have the virtually identical problem when trying to rename a file in a different file manager: Double Commander. However, in other file managers, this process works properly.
