After returning to my PC, after it has automatically locked and the screens have turned off due to the idle timer, the graph on the CPU Load Monitor freezes. The CPU monitor is still responding, as I can interact with it, and the %age range changes, it's just the graph, which is frozen "in time". Other graphs function correct as well, it's purely the CPU Monitor Graph that is stuck. As you can see in the below animated gif:

Any ideas how to fix this?
