I'm using Kubuntu 19.10 with Plasma 5.18.

I'am facing problem with Discover Software Center. I also tried Apper, but result is the same. I can't install any app from Ubuntu source (but can install while changing the source from Ubuntu to Snap). Also, the installed apps are not shown as "Installed" in the Discover Software Center. After searching for any apps in Discover results in notification stuck problem. I recorded a video also.

P.S. : Uninstalling and reinstalling Discover didn't help either.
