on Ark v17.12.3 (included in Kubuntu 18.04 with Plasma 5.12.8 ), where's stored "quick extract to" list?!?

on Ark config file (/home/user/.config/arkrc), at line "Recent URLs[$e]=" (under "[KFileDialog Settings]"), if delete the line after "=" and save, the "quick extract to" list still remains same

how to can solve?!?
