Does Kate have any plugins to format code such as HTML?

I like using Kate but one thing I would like to have is the ability to format code similar to what you can do with Sublime Text.

In particular I would to format HTML/CSS/JS as well as other programming languages such as Go.

Thanks!

Sure does!
many doc types, as well as web code support, are already available options
simply switch to the doc type you want to edit...

EDIT
sorry... in case it's not obvious
go to Tools > Mode > Markup and then HTML if that's want you want to do

KDE neon 5.20 - Plasma 5.20.5 - Frameworks 5.78 - Qt 5.15.2 - Kernel 5.4.0-65

Maybe I am explaining it wrong. I am looking for plugins to prettify different languages such as HTML/JS or Go or Python or whatever.
Here is an example I have using sublime-text plugin to prettify some html.

I looked in plugins and menus and don't see anything similar.

Hm, did you try importing such a code sample and apply the Tools -> Highlighting -> Markup -> HTML?

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
