KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0 Qt Version: 5.14.2 Kernel Version: 5.7.0-2debian-amd64 OS Type: 64-bit It is the latest plasma available in my system. |

You need a swap partition or file that is at least a little larger than the amount of ram you have, in order to hibernate. Do you have enough swap space?
This may be a more Debian specific question, not necessarily related to KDE or Plasma.
