Hi!
When I open the application, after typing my password, it crash. I've tried to launch it from the konsole and the result is this ...
Maybe there’s a problem with the SSD where I have installed the system, Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus. I have 5 drives … 1 SSD NVMe, 1 SSD SATA, and 3 HDD SATA. I think they all work perfectly. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! |

Which exact Partition manager did you launch and how? Make sure that none of the disks you want to work on are mounted
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Hi, you use KDE partition manager ? I've no problem with it... Try with gparted (or another) see if you have the same issue

I've tried launching KDE Partition Manager from the menu and from the terminal. In both cases, after writing my password the application closes. Gparted works just fine. My OS ... Manjaro - Plasma 5.20.4 - Frameworks 5.76.0 - Qt 5.15.2 - Kernel 5.9.11-3 My desktop ... Intel i9-9900 3.1GHz, 32 GiB RAM, Graphics Mesa Intel UHD Graphics 630 I have also a laptop where KDE Partition Manager works just fine. I'm guessing it doesn't recognize my desktop's SSD (Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus). |

I have the same issue.
Edited: I can't formate a damn USB. Edited: gparted is working fine Edited: actually no, it doesn't allow me to delete and recreate a partition on a USB despite the fact that it is running under the root privileges, and I can't format it from the terminal because there is a white space in the name of the usb and i need to change the name of the because I want to create a live usb and I cant because of that space in the name, and it doesn't recognise [[:space:]] or [:space:] or \s Is it allowed to cuss here? Edited: I was able to delete the partition after I unmounted it |
