In the last week the following showed up as needing an update "Breeze KDE-Story-Light Icons" (in Discover)
When I attempt this it throws an error "icons.knsrc: Could not install Breeze KDE-Story-Light Icons file not found" .
Any other update works OK but I cant get rid of this one .

Both "apt update" and "pkcon update" say all packages are up to date .

There have been issues with framework compatibility/kde store lately. Installing themes, updating stuff....problem. Your best bet if you want the latest updated version of that icon set would be to download the package and untar it to ~/.local/share/icons. After you removed the old version of course.
