I am using the same font for two Terminals (Alacritty and Konsole). While Alacritty has major drawbacks on my machine Konsole seems to work better, but merges characters. Let's start with the way Alacritty renders my shell session:

I tried changing to UTF16 and searched for options to better render the font. It is patched for including nerd font symbols.

Any ideas what I can change to have a better display?
