I am trying to disable the keyboard shortcut for xkill so that when the user presses 'Ctrl+Alt+Esc', xkill will not be implemented with the skull and crossbones cursor. The problem is that this has to be done solely from command line... Anyone have any ideas?

I think you can edit ~/.kde4/share/config/kglobalshortcutsrc (or ~/.kde/...) and change the
Code: Select all
Kill Window=none,Ctrl+Alt+Esc,Kill Window

option under [kwin] to
Code: Select all
Kill Window=none,none,Kill Window

The user probably has to be logged out from KDE Plasma Desktop when you make the change.
