Vim with 24 bit colors in Konsole?

Did anyone manage to run vim with 24 bit color support (available with Zyx_I patches) in Konsole? Does one need to set any special TERM variable values for it?

Apparently neovim just added a patch for 24 bit colors support. I'll give it a try.
