I'm using openSuSE.13.2. The Konsole has suddenly started reporting the pixel information for changes in size or position--------

I have started, so I will continue:

Yes, it is possible. Select "System Settings" ==> "Window Behaviour" ==> "Window Behaviour" ==> and the tab "Moving". Un-check the box "Display window geometry when moving or resizing", press "Apply" and your troubles are over - as became blindingly obvious when I realised that all my windows were suffering this affliction, it has nothing to do with the Konsole.

The Konsole does have a rather useful switch "Show hint for terminal size after resizing" which shows a note on screen showing by how many columns & lines the terminal is being increased or decreased. Select "Settings" from the Konsole menu ==> "Edit Current Profile". The 1st tab up will be "General" and the box to tick is the last on the page.

OK! I know this is not entirely relevant to this forum but, it started life as a problem with Konsole and, having solved it, I decided to write it up. :-\
