you can map ctrl+m or ctrl+j (enter & line feed I believe) to a mouse button and that should work

I've never done it but the Arch documentation should help https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Al ... se_buttons

Copy and paste a newline. do not use the secondary selection buffer (aka "clipboard"), but the primary one, ie. just select the newline and paste it using the middle mouse button.

Works for sure (I build commands this way whenever I accidentally crash kwin during development and cannot get the focus to some shell otherwise ;-)

manythanks, ;) , it works fine, but it's quite uncomfortable because every time you have to copy and paste two things, the command and the enter, if there was a button you could paste the command from the clipboard and click, I think I will ask a button to the developer as new feature ;) ...it doesn't seem a so difficult work so may be in a couple of year they will add it ;) :)
thanksalot, ciao, xpla

Stupid question: are you looking for some virtual keyboard? (xvkbd or similar)
