Is there a setting to reverse the search direction for Scrollback->Search Output... ? I'd like to view the most recent items first, instead of oldest.

How old is your konsole???
"konsole --version"

Any somewhat recent konsole should have a "Find" bar which allows to search in either direction (and more)
