I am using a tmux plugin that relies on an old feature that doesn't display commands that start with a space in the terminal. Apparently this is no longer working?

For example the plugin will save the history per-panel so that when you resurrect the session everything is back to the way it was with the same history.

I am trying to disable these save messages that get ran in the background of the terminal panel. The command is like " history -w /where/to/save" and as you can see it starts with a space.

Just curious how others would handle this situation?

Thanks ;D
