After i updated to the latest version this issue with icon's for my zsh theme is now present. Can someone please review and let me know if this is a Konsole issue to resolve. It works fine in termite which I would rather not use.

Only 2 of these icons caused me issue in the past and I had to put space in the config file. However now they are just completely cut off which was not the case before the update. Even before when i ran get_icon_names they would show correctly just sometimes would not display correctly when put into my zshrc config file. Now the majority of the show wrong no matter where they are viewed.

I'd guess that you and greenz1 in viewtopic.php?f=227&t=153632 are experiencing the same problem.
I'd recommend one of you file a bug to bugs.kde.org.
