Hi, everyone
I used to close konsole (Alt+F4 or clicking on 'X') with a running process in the foreground and it would just kill the process and close. However, in version 19.08.0 I'm no longer able to do that (konsole won't close and no prompt message is displayed). Does anyone now what might me happening? Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0 Qt Version: 5.13.0 X.Org X Server 1.20.5 Kernel Version: 4.14.141-1-MANJARO OS Type: 64-bit Thanks, Matheus |

Control + c to stop the process, control + d to end konsole.
Simply try it while running "top". |

Yes, this is what I've been doing as a workaround. However it was much better to let konsole kill the process for me when closing it instead of having to do it manually. Sometimes it's not as simple/fast as hitting CTRL+C: 'weechat' for example, ignores the signal requiring me to type '/exit' everytime. So, do you know how I might restore the old behavior? |
