Hello,
After my upgrade of Fedora 29 to Fedora 30, Konsole does not start a root shell anymore.
The problem exists with the Konsole Profiles widget and the shortcut I have setup and by manually selecting the profile!

I had 0 problems with this feature since the KDE 3 days!!!!
I even removed the profile and created a new one. Nothing.

Then, I checked my other profiles. I have a few profiles that I use regularly and I have the ssh command written in the "Command" option of the profile. It doesn't work!!!
So, it this feature removed?

The profile itself is configured as:

Code: Select all
cat ./.local/share/konsole/Root\ Shell.profile
[Appearance]
ColorScheme=BlackOnLightYellow
Font=DejaVu Sans Mono,10,-1,5,50,0,0,0,0,0

[General]
Command=/usr/bin/su -
Name=Root Shell
Parent=FALLBACK/
StartInCurrentSessionDir=false
TerminalColumns=135

Code: Select all
rpm -qa | grep -i konsole
konsole-part-4.14.3-18.fc30.x86_64
konsole5-part-19.04.2-1.fc30.x86_64
konsole5-19.04.2-1.fc30.x86_64
