[SOLVED]Konsole - Blur background

hi all,
as topic title, if i checked "blur background" , this hasn't effect.
The transparency works well.
My machine:
Archlinux 5.5.8-arch1-1
Kde plasma 5.18.3
Kde frameworks 5.67.0

i found the solution. need enable the blur effect in the
    system settings->desktop effects->blur
