Font sizes in Konsole

I'm currently struggeling with font sizes in Konsole, where 10 is too small and 11 is too big (see attached screenshot). Is there any way to change how these font sizes are handeled? Setting the fontsize to 10.5 doesn't really achieve what I want it to. The font size in URXVT seems perfect.

URXVT obviously uses a different font than Konsole, how about selecting the same?

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
