How do I configure the size of:

the tab bar
the split view bar
and the close tab icon

the height of the tab/split view bar is about 1.5 times the height of the window and menu bars and the icon for close tab is twice the size of the icon for the window bar. This makes it look very clunky. It may be the close icon is driving the sizing for the bars.
