Hi. I'm using the latest stable version of Neon. I notice that Konsole's color settings don't change until Konsole is restarted, whereas in previous versions (e.g. the version on my Debian installation, v. 20.12.0) the color change has been immediate.

Is this a bug or intended behaviour?

I noted the same...
but it's been this way for some versions now
so I'm guessing this is the protocol (for now)
as for the rational... it's certainly odd
I liked the previous model
