New buttons in Konsole tab-bar

In a YouTube video by Linux Experiment featuring Plasma 5.21 (https://youtu.be/qbAuxp_I0zk), I saw an instance of Konsole with buttons for split, paste etc. in tab-bar. Could anyone please tell me how to achieve that. I am sorry if I am asking a silly question, I am new to linux btw. ;)
