I've noticed odd and unexpected behavior with konsole/zsh. I ran "watch -n 10 sensors", expecting konsole to run the sensors command every 10 seconds and display the fullscreen output, as usual. When resizing the window continuously and not releasing the mouse button konsole seems to run the sensors command far more often than 10 seconds according to the clock in the top-right corner of the konsole, often running sensors several times per second or more.

I'm running KDE Plasma version 5.23.4, KDE Frameworks 5.88.0, kernel 5.15.6.

However, as a test I ran an old VM of Ubuntu groovy gorilla with gnome, and it's terminal/bash does the same thing.

Is this increased activity by design or intended?
